Auroralign Integrative Living, LLC (“Auroralign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates auroralign.com and the related platforms & services that link to these Terms. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our site & services, regardless of how you access them. By accessing or using our websites, services, forms, platforms, products, courses, communities, events, and related services, which are collectively referred to as our "Services", you agree to these Terms.


If you do not agree to our Terms, do not use our site or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, worksheets, and content shared by Auroralign, and all content including articles of text, nonstock images, graphics, videos, audio, software, and code, are proprietary and protected by copyright. This non-exhaustive list of content ("Content") is the property of Auroralign and its members, and you may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials in your own practice or business without prior written permission from Auroralign. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.


Limited License

Subject to your compliance & respect of these Terms and our policies, we grant you a personal, limited, non-commercial, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our Services to:

  • Access and view our Content for personal, non-commercial use
  • Download a single copy of our "downloadable" Content for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Access and purchase services offered by us

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, publicly display, claim ownership of, or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written permission.


Copyright and Trademark Policy

Auroralign and its members respect the intellectual property rights of our users, listed references and resources, and other third parties, and we expect our users to do the same when using our Services. We have adopted and implemented the Auroralign Copyright and Trademark Policy in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.


Security

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. You are prohibited from:

  • Accessing data or accounts not intended for you
  • Probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities
  • Interfering with service to any user, host, or network
  • Forging packet headers or email information

You agree not to use the Sites for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. A non-exhaustive list of conduct you agree not to do includes:

  • Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information on or about our Services
  • Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Transmit or inject viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use tools & data mining methods to access, copy, or extract content from our Services
  • Send unsolicited promotional materials
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Bring harm to other users, or collect personal data about other users without consent
  • Use or access our Services in any way that could damage our reputation or business

We will investigate security violations and may involve law enforcement authorities.

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.



Services

We provide free and paid educational content, events, and services. We may add, change, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.

Certain services, events, payment plans, or purchases may be subject to additional terms, conditions, policies, or agreements. If additional terms apply, those terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference and will control to the extent they conflict with these Terms.

Paid Services

When participating in our offered paid Services, you are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Services. If your payment method fails or your owed amount is past due, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms. Fees may vary based on various factors, such as conversion and location, and Auroralign reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on our Services.



Refund Policy

Any payment plan for services, workshops, or events may be canceled at any time. However, the payments made are non-refundable.

Please note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use and Client Agreement very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users or clients who are found to be in violation of these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period.


Discounts, Coupons, and Vouchers Policy

All discounts or special offers mentioned within our Services have expiration and may no longer apply. We have the right to update offers at any time without notification. For current rates please view on our website.


Coaching Packages

You may receive a full refund for coaching packages only within 7 days of purchase, and only if you have not yet had an Intake or 1st session. If you have had an Intake or 1st session, you have 3 additional days after that session to cancel your package and request a partial refund. This partial refund would be of the full price you paid minus the amount for 1 Intake session (using the price of an intake session stated at the time of purchase), and may be subject to a 2.9% processing fee. After this extended 3 day period ends, unfortunately we are not able to provide you any refunds. This refund statement applies to all coaching packages.

If you cancel a 6 month coaching package after using only half or less than half of its allotted sessions (going off the amount of sessions advertised on our Services at the time of purchase), you may receive a refund of the unused 3 months worth of sessions. This refund would only be to the extent that we are still compensated for a full-rate 3 month package, to protect us from clients being able to abuse our larger packages' discounted rates in order to get a smaller package for a discounted price.


Events

All workshops and other events are non-refundable.



Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE FURTHER DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR ANY RELATED CONTENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR SUCH CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.


Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORALIGN AND ITS MEMBERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES; (B) ANY BEHAVIOR OR CONTENT OF ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE APPLICABLE AURORALIGN PARTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF OUR CONTENT.



Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auroralign and its members from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (A) your use of our Services; (B) your violation of these Terms; (C) your violation of any law or third-party rights; (D) your Content, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration. Except where prohibited by applicable law, you waive the right to trial by jury.


International Users

We operate our Services from Utah within the United States. If you access the Sites from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.



Termination & Modification

As we are constantly modifying our Services, particularly by rotating events & particularly through continuing training & education, we may add or remove services, features, or requirements, and we may suspend a service altogether.

We may limit or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from our Services. If your use of a paid Service is terminated, a refund may be available under our Refund Policy.


General Provisions

Severability Waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect. If you do not comply with these Terms, and we do not take immediate action, this does not indicate that we relinquish any rights. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate access to ay of our Services to those who infringe or are charged with infringing the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of us or others.

No Agency

These Terms do not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

Limitations Period

Any claim arising from these Terms must be brought within (6) months.
