Auroralign Integrative Living, LLC (“Auroralign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its members deeply respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use our websites, services, forms, platforms, products, courses, communities, events, and related services, which are collectively referred to as our "Services."


In short, we collect minimal needed data about you, we never sell your information, and we only share limited information with your consent or on the unlikely event of legal obligation.

Information We Do & Don't Collect


Personal Information

Only upon you voluntarily sharing this information with us, we collect and store your personally identifying information. This includes if you sign up for our newsletter, which involves us collecting and storing your provided name & email expressly for the purpose of sending you our newsletter as agreed. Upon you becoming our client, other information from your intake forms is collected and recorded, solely for the purpose of our private coaching relationship and providing our services as agreed upon.


Usage Data

Our site automatically collects information about how our Services are accessed and used, such as pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data mainly for the purpose of site functionality and security. We do not enable the nonessential analytics cookies that show us or record for us your IP address or other personally identifiable information. Therefore any usage information our site analytics show us is anonymous & depersonalized.

Our website uses cookies, which are small files that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website or app. We only use minimal, essential cookies to maintain safety, functionality, and to track usage/activity of our website services. We value peoples' privacy over any benefit that marketing cookies bring by tracking you and selling your data, therefore we have restricted all non-essential cookies we are able to, which include tracking and marketing cookies. We do not share your information outside Auroralign without reason and your consent, and we do not ever sell your information.


Please be aware we are Mandated Reporters and may be obligated to report known or reasonably suspected abuse or neglect of children, elderly, disabled persons, or other persons, for their safety and moral rights.



Your Rights Under California Privacy Law


You may have specific rights regarding your personal information if you are a California resident, under The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. 

Not all of these rights fully apply to how we use your information for our Services, ie. we do not sell your information so there is no need to exercise the right to opt out of having your information sold. Further, while you may use the right to limit us sharing your sensitive information, we already do not choose to share this information without your consent (ie. to a medical provider) or reasonable obligation (ie. Mandated Reporting of child abuse).


While Auroralign does not ever sell your personal information in exchange for money, there are certain analytics, advertising, or remarketing activities that we cannot control and don't willingly allow through our Services, that may still track you across our site, due to the nature of the Internet.

You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you.

You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information where required.
